DMC DISPLAY SOLUTIONS TO BUILD YOUR NEXT BREAKTHROUGH MACHINE

  • Glass-glass structure touchscreen suitable for industrial use. Compared with film-structured touchscreens, it has higher durability against impact and ultraviolet rays.

    High robustness

The flagship model of the projected capacitive touchscreen series, it features two sheets of glass laminated together without an air layer to ensure high transparency and clear visibility, and the laminated glass provides high robustness.

    High UV resistance

DMC's unique UV-absorbing structure absorbs UV rays on the touchscreen, with a function that reduces UV damage to the LCD. It can be used for products that are used under intense sunlight.

    High-temperature resistance

Guaranteed to operate in environments ranging from -40°C to +80°C, providing high-temperature resistance. It can be used in products deployed worldwide, from the intense low-temperature environments of southern countries to the extreme low-temperature environments of northern countries.

    High operability and noise resistance

Fine tuning with DMC's unique touchscreen controller allows for water detection, glove operation, and pen use, while noise filtering capabilities enhance the ability to handle high-noise environments.

    Safe for low brightness displays

Pattern visibility suppression is a standard feature. Even with a low-luminance display, pattern visibility is reduced and the screen is clean and easy to read.

    FIRMWARE CUSTOMIZATION

Customize to fit your environment by adjusting firmware

As developing the original controller, DMC can freely customize the controller FW according to the customer's request and usage environment. For example, increasing noise filters for noisy environments, increasing the number of touch points for operation by multiple people, adjusting the sensitivity for operation with a gloved hand, palm rejection for operation with a stylus pen, and water detection to prevent malfunction caused by water on the panel. DMC can offer various FW customization.

Touch operation over a thick acrylic panel and the air gap layer

DUSx200 controller can be adjusted in its sensitivity so that operation with an acrylic cover(Max:3mm) & air gap layer(Max:1mm) is possible. If an air gap layer is made between the touchscreen and acrylic so that the acrylic panel can be removable, replacement and maintenance will be easy.

  • Resistive touchscreens use a two-layer structure with a soft touch surface. Two conductive layers contact when pressure is exerted on them. Why Choose Resistive? - High noise (electrical, vibration) environments - Error prevention in harsh environments - Glove input required - Predominant single touch inputs - Multi-touch available.

Light-touch resistive sensor + Gesture detective controller

LST series is a light-touch Model developed with DMC's original technology. With a light and smooth feeling of finger and intuitive operation by gesture detection, it is possible to realize an interface operation like a smartphone.

Easy to embedd at low cost

Resistive touch screens have good cost performance. Since gesture operation can be used with simple installation, it is possible to introduce both safety and operability, which have been issues so far, and at a low cost.

    High environmental performance

Due to its structure, the resistive type method works even in a noisy environment, water and gloves use, and other various situations.

    Recommended for the following scenarios:

    • Want to use gesture operation

    • Want to scroll the screen with a light touch

    • Taking too long for one operation

    • Want to operate manuals or drawings in an intuitive manner instead of pushing buttons.

    • Want to introduce gesture operation at a lower price.

    • Concerned about PCAP touch screen due to installation and cost.
