PCAP WITH COVER GLASS

The DUS-S Series is a projected capacitive touchscreen engineered with a Chip-on-Flexible (COF) integrated controller and I2C interface to reduce wiring complexity and installation space.

Its cover glass + glass sensor structure delivers a thin, lightweight, and highly robust solution ideal for compact embedded systems and industrial devices.

VIBRATION AND SHOCK-RESISTANT COF STRUCTURE

The DUS-S Series adopts a COF (Chip on Flexible) architecture, where controller ICs are mounted directly onto a flexible substrate.

Compared to conventional PCB-based controller structures, COF provides:

• Improved vibration resistance
• Enhanced shock durability
• Reduced risk of controller disconnection during transport
• More compact internal layout

This design improves reliability in mobile and industrial equipment applications.

Thin, Compact, Slim Narrow-Frame Design

The narrow-frame construction significantly reduces bezel width compared to previous DMC models. Compared to the DUS-A Series:

• Frame height is reduced by more than 8 mm
• Overall weight is reduced
• Total thickness is minimized
