The MTR-G Series is a resistive multi-touch solution built on DMC’s proprietary 4-wire cell architecture. It delivers smartphone-like gesture functionality while retaining the robustness and environmental stability of resistive technology.

PROPRIETARY 4-WIRE CELL-TYPE RESISTIVE MULTI-TOUCH ARCHITECTURE

Unlike conventional resistive panels, the sensing area is subdivided into fine vertical and horizontal cells. Each cell’s input data is processed by a dedicated controller, enabling accurate simultaneous two-point detection. This architecture provides:

Light-Touch Operation with Smartphone-Like Feel

A low actuation force design combined with a high-output gesture detection controller enables smooth, responsive multi-touch performance. The advanced film structure allows flick, drag, zoom, and other gesture inputs comparable to capacitive systems while preserving the inherent benefits of resistive technology. Anti-Glare Optical Performance

An anti-glare surface treatment is applied to the ITO film to suppress light reflection and improve visibility in bright environments. For applications requiring maximum display clarity, the surface can be customized with a clear film option.
