LCD MODULE SET FOR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

EMBEDDED PARTS ENHANCE THE DESIGN

SIMPLE SET

TK-SSERIES

A streamlined combination of a touchscreen sensor, controller, and LCD (liquid crystal display) enables seamless integration of touchscreen functionality into your LCD. This solution is designed to meet the exacting requirements of monitor modules, offering outstanding customizability and versatility for product development.

Free choice and combination of economic and design features

Sensors and LCDs (Liquid Crystal Displays) can be efficiently tailored to suit specific applications, while a unified controller ensures standardized functionality, enhancing both operational consistency and cost efficiency. With customizable cover glass and a wide range of options, we provide versatile solutions that deliver both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Touchscreen type "selectable" according to App & operating environment

The ideal touchscreen type can be chosen to match the application and operating environment. For example, projected capacitive touchscreens are perfect for applications demanding durability and crisp image quality, such as public terminals, while light-load resistive touchscreens are well-suited for scenarios requiring high operational stability and reliability, like factory automation systems.

Analogue resistive touchscreens 'light-load' type

Resistive touchscreens are used, which can be operated by touch input using finger pressure, pen or other pressure-sensitive devices. It does not react easily to dust, water droplets and other dirt, and can be used for input regardless of the material used, such as thick gloves.

'Silk/inkjet printing' option with choice of design

A wide range of shapes and colors can be printed, including designs that align with product color schemes, intricate patterns, and detailed logos. Both silk printing and inkjet printing are available, offering flexibility for complex expressions. Inkjet printing, in particular, enables fast turnaround times and cost-effective production. (Applicable to PCAP type only.)

Optional 'cover glass material' for different environments and applications

A variety of shapes and colors can be printed, including designs tailored to product color schemes, intricate patterns, and detailed logos. Both silk printing and inkjet printing options are available, providing versatility for creating complex designs. Inkjet printing stands out for its ability to deliver fast turnaround times and cost-efficient production. (Applicable to PCAP touchscreens only.)

Air/optical bonding" attachment option of choice

Air bonding involves securing the panel by attaching all four sides using long, thin tapes or double-sided tape with a rectangular cutout at the center. In contrast, optical bonding enhances visibility by reducing light refraction and increasing transmittance. This is achieved by filling the gap between the liquid crystal and the panel with optically clear resin, which bonds them seamlessly.
